What size t-shirt do you wear? *

We all love swag! Let us know what size t-shirt you wear so that we can get you a t-shirt when we order them. These are unisex sizes.

Are all of your clearances on file with the church? *

Every adult working with children at Gloria Dei must have a PA State Police Criminal Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Residence Disclosure Statement or FBI fingerprinting, and Mandated Reporter Training certification on file. If you haven't completed these, don't worry! Someone from the office will contact you and walk you through the process.
